"God, please get this devil off my back!" was one of the less-popular prayers made by Apostle Paul in his second letter to the Corinthians. It is one prayer that God's response was quite puzzling.
Here was Paul asking God to make the devil depart from him, and rather than God sending angels or coming in the pillar of fire and cloud, He responded with "My Grace is sufficient for you!"
Getting the devil off your situation and circumstance is not God's task, and if you are asking Him to do that, you need to change your stance. Jesus, when He was tempted of the devil in the wilderness, did not call on God to get the devil to depart, He spoke the Word of God and told the devil himself, "Get thee behind me".
If you are facing any kind of challenge or an issue of concern in your health, family, business, finances or with a problem that seems overwhelming and you desperately need God's supernatural intervention, right now, God is not going to chase the devil off for you. He already has, and He has provided you with a specific Grace to get the devil off your case and situation.
Every devil is different and every battle needs its own strategy. Your prayer at this point should be for your eyes to be opened to the exact tool or provision for that circumstance. Set aside a moment to pray that your eyes be opened to the grace that God has prepared for your current situation.
Only then would you have victory! Get a copy of this amazing book to get more information!
The truth about God’s prevenient grace is that He has anticipated every move/decision we would ever make and has provided opportunities for Himself to be exalted and glorified at all times. He has loved with a great unsearchable love even before we were created (even while we were still sinners) and all through history that love remains and that grace to be saved remains there.
Not everyone on earth now currently acknowledges Christ as lord, but He has already died for them and it wont change the fact if they accept Him now, that very moment that they open their hearts to Christ's love, they begin to know the person of God, how they got saved, live in peace and prosperity, be blessed above measure and continue growing strong in grace and mercy.
